3. No Professional Relationship Created by Website Use
Your use of this website, viewing of website content, or submission of a general contact form does not create a client relationship, broker-client relationship, tax-preparer relationship, fiduciary relationship, agency relationship, or professional engagement with MR Insurance Advisors LLC.
A professional relationship begins only when we agree to provide a specific service to you and, when applicable, complete any required intake, authorization, consent, verification, appointment, carrier, Marketplace, Medicare, tax-preparation, or engagement process.
We reserve the right to decline, discontinue, or limit services where permitted by law, including when required information is incomplete, inaccurate, unverifiable, outside our service scope, or cannot be processed securely.
4. No Government, Medicare, Marketplace, or Carrier Affiliation
MR Insurance Advisors LLC is an independent insurance agency. We are not Medicare.gov, HealthCare.gov, CMS, the IRS, or any federal or state government agency. We are not owned by, operated by, or endorsed by the U.S. government or any insurance carrier. Plan availability, eligibility, benefits, premiums, and enrollment are determined by the applicable carrier, Marketplace, government program, or plan administrator.
We are not endorsed by, operated by, or acting on behalf of Medicare.gov, HealthCare.gov, CMS, the IRS, any federal or state government agency, or any insurance carrier, unless a specific carrier appointment or authorization applies to a specific insurance service.
Insurance products, plan availability, benefits, provider networks, formularies, eligibility, enrollment periods, premiums, subsidies, tax credits, and coverage terms are determined by the applicable carrier, Marketplace, government program, or program administrator.
Not all plans, products, carriers, or program options may be available in every area or through MR Insurance Advisors LLC. Official government websites and carrier materials should be consulted for complete and current information.
5. Insurance and Medicare Services Disclaimer
MR Insurance Advisors LLC provides insurance advisory and related support services. We do not issue insurance policies, underwrite coverage, guarantee enrollment approval, guarantee premium amounts, guarantee subsidy eligibility, guarantee provider participation, or guarantee that a plan will meet all of your needs.
We do not offer every plan available in your area. Currently, we represent a limited number of organizations and plans in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov, 1-800-MEDICARE, or your local State Health Insurance Program (SHIP) to get information on all of your options.
Any insurance quote, comparison, or explanation is based on the information available at the time and the information you provide. Final eligibility, enrollment, coverage, premiums, benefits, provider networks, prescription coverage, and plan terms are controlled by the applicable carrier, Marketplace, Medicare-related administrator, or official plan documents.
You are responsible for reviewing plan documents, Summary of Benefits, Evidence of Coverage, provider directories, formularies, notices, invoices, and official communications before making enrollment or coverage decisions.
6. Tax Preparation Services Disclaimer
Our tax preparation services are based on the documents, records, statements, and other information provided by the client. We rely on the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the information you provide.
You remain responsible for reviewing your tax return, confirming that all information is accurate and complete, providing required documentation, responding to questions, and meeting filing, payment, and documentation deadlines.
We do not guarantee any specific tax outcome, refund amount, credit, deduction, audit result, processing time, or government determination.
Certain uses or disclosures of tax return information may require your separate written consent. We may require secure intake, identity verification, signed authorizations, engagement documents, or other procedures before beginning or continuing tax preparation services.
7. Secure Submission of Sensitive Information
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, tax returns, W-2s, 1099s, government IDs, Medicare cards, medical records, or other sensitive documents through this general contact form. If sensitive information is needed, we will provide a secure method for submission.

We may delete, reject, or request resubmission of sensitive information sent through an unsecured or inappropriate channel.
8. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for ensuring that all information, documents, and disclosures you provide to us are accurate, complete, current, and truthful.
If information changes after submission, you should notify us as soon as possible. We are not responsible for errors, delays, omissions, denials, penalties, lost subsidies, coverage issues, tax issues, or adverse outcomes caused by inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, late, or misleading client-provided information.

This website may contain links to third-party websites, tools, portals, social media platforms, carrier websites, government websites, scheduling tools, payment processors, tax software, enrollment platforms, or service providers for your convenience.
